High Speed Automatic Cigarette Packing Machine GDX2 For Hard Packet

GDX2 Cigarette Packing Machines, a high-speed model, has the capability of producing 400 hinge-lid packets per minute.

It was developed on the basis of X2 SC/4350/PACK-OW, whose technology was introduced through the Technology Transfer Agreement between G.D. Italy, and China National Tobacco Corp. As a domestic product, GDX2 consists of an YB15 Tray Feeder, an YB45 Hinge-lid Packer, an YB55A Cellophaner, an YB65A Cartoner and an YB95A Overwrapper.

Features:

The entire working process, from cigarettes feeding to carton overwrapping, is completed automatically without any manual contact. The settings of machine operation, quality control, shift reporting, enhanced stoppage analysis, machine status, diagnostics and system calibration are achieved entirely digitally by the brand new MICRO-II system with integrated touch screens.
GDX2 won the second prize at the Technology and Improvement Competition by State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in 2000
